• The proposed Green Valley Ranch Commercial Center will consist of ± 18,000 sq. ft. of improvements on ± 3 acres of land.
  
• The center is intended to serve and meet the desired needs of the local Val Verde Community.
  
• Suggested tenants include: Ranch style Farmers Market, restaurant/cafe/coffee house, laundry, Post office and Art Gallery.
  
• The "Country Ranch Style" theme will provide a "main street" feel with a covered arcade walkway in the front and customer parking at the rear of the center.
  
• The center also features a "Gateway" courtyard feature which will serve as a gathering/seating area and provide convenient access to the rear parking area.
