STERLING PARK:

Sterling Park will be located on ± 5.9 acres of prime, centrally located land within the Green Valley Ranch Project. The Park land and improvements will be constructed and donated by the Sterling Family with no cost or expense to the Val Verde Community. The Park will offer a much needed regulation Soccer Field, Barbecue areas, walking paths and a covered History Pavilion that will display images of Val Verde's storied history and Ted Sterling's discovery of the Castaic Hills Oil Field in 1949.

The rustic/ranch style architectural theme will embrace the park improvements.
